It takes a lot to make a house a home. An important part of that process is safety. You deserve to know if there are problems that could affect your family’s health and well-being.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Before you list your property, it is recommended that you have a home inspector do a pre-listing inspection to help you get the most out of your listing.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Buying a home is a big moment in a person's life. It is also one of the largest investments. Be sure you make the right decision with a pre-purchase inspection.

Mold Testing

Mold continues to grow on the list of concerns we can have as homeowners. Getting your home tested for mold can help you sleep better at night.

11 Month Inspection

If you are coming up on your 1 year home builder's warranty, having an inspection can help you find potential issues before the warranty expires.

Radon Testing

Radon gas continues to grow on the list of concerns we can have as homeowners. Getting your home tested for radon can help you sleep better at night.

Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging is useful for detecting every minor change of temperature with the help of infrared technology. That helps us give you a better inspection.

Repair Estimate Report

No need to wait for independent contractors during critical contingency periods! We have partnered with RepairPricer to add value and service to our clients needs, they provide accurate zip-code specific repair costs from your home inspection report within 24 hours.

How Much Does it Cost?

We believe in transparency, which is why we don’t hide our prices! We aren’t the cheapest inspection company in the area, but the level of quality and pride that we put into providing extremely comprehensive reports for you show we have your best interests at heart. Our reports are designed to be an educational resource for you, we don’t only point out the issues found but provide you with maintenance tips and general information about different systems and components of your home. We highly encourage you to view our Sample Reports (we have several available) and compare them with other home inspection companies!

Committed TO EXCELLENCE

We strive to be the best in the industry by delivering every client an informative and detailed inspection report as well as additional resources to ensure your home lasts the test of time. Every home inspection we do comes with a folder that includes a book, agreements, invoice, and our buy-back certificate. The book is about 95 pages and contains home maintenance tips and information about the different systems and components of your home. Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you need to protect your investment!

Many inspectors and companies do the bare minimum standards and only check a representative number of items. Some companies even charge extra in “bundles” to include maintenance items and tips in your report. We believe that a home inspector should always go above and beyond for you, which is what Mountainside Home Inspections does for EVERY customer. All of our reports include small home maintenance items at NO EXTRA CHARGE! We encourage you to view our Sample Reports and compare them to other inspectors/companies!
